Check out the line of foam boards among the Catch Surf Waker Edition Models. Combining safety and resiliency with high-performance, Catch Surf manufactures boards that are rigid, sturdy and fun for all skill levels. If you’re just learning to surf, these boards will offer a challenge for sure, but you’ll still be wave riding because of their incredible buoyancy and wave-catching shapes.

If you’re a novice surfer with some basic skills, you will have a blast, mainly because of the versatility offered by the Waker Edition Models!

You can customize your fin arrangement.

On the beater board model, you can bodyboard, kneeboard or standup on waves.

In addition to the lake, you can also ride any of these boards onto the sand or flail around with them in dumping shore break closeouts in the ocean!

Take a beating from the ocean and know your stick will survive just fine! These boards are durable, to say the least.

Catch Surf boards are unique because of the company’s design process.

Instead of manually hand drafting each shape, they use cutting-edge computer technology to explore and model shapes more like what you’d find in a hybrid board.

Additionally, the boards have a stringer system permanently bonded to the strong dual composite core with a fiberglass and epoxy resin combination. Solid!

The HDPE slick bottom and built-in deck traction pad contrast each other to give you effortless gliding along the wave with superb foot grip for maneuvering turns.

The tapered D-rails made from durable foam give a cushiony structure with crisp edges that slice easily across the wave face.

The fins are flush-mounted to eliminate water penetration. You even have the option of choosing your fin arrangement because the high-performance wake fins are removable. You can even go finless!

There are several Catch Surf Wake models to choose. Here is some information to help you decide on the right match!

FAQ

Do I need to wax these boards?

No! The traction pad provides exceptional grip. Save money, time and the environment by not having to use wax!

What is the best fin arrangement?

It depends on how you surf. Single fin is good for straight-line tracking. Twin fin works great on short boards to make them fun, playful and maneuverable, but not on big waves. Tri fin adds stability, control and maneuverability and give you the option to ride single fin or twin fin. Quad fin works on small or big waves, giving speed and stability, and generating drive through your turns.

Do I need a leash?

No, but get one. You’ll spend less time chasing an errant board!

Verdict

Catch Surf Wake Surfers are quite outstanding when it comes to getting high value for your money. Manufactured for function, they are sturdy yet stylish. You can pick from a variety of colors and retro throwback graphics.

Pick the length, fin arrangement and tail shape to fit your style of surfing and your surf break waves. If unsure, go with the Original 54. Can’t beat a classic beater board! Catch Surf has great customer service, too!
